Extra retrain cycle
We pull fresh data, retrain the model, validate accuracy against the previous version, and deploy. Turnaround: five business days.

Ongoing performance monitoring, bug fixes, and priority email support. Includes one retrain per quarter.
Staff training workshop

How billing works
We split every project into two payments. The first 50% is due when you sign the scope document and we begin work. The remaining 50% is invoiced after you approve the staging deployment and we push to production.
For Enterprise engagements above $40,000, we can arrange monthly milestone billing instead. Each milestone corresponds to a deliverable you can test independently.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Quebec-based clients will see QST and GST on the invoice. Clients outside Quebec but within Canada pay GST only. International clients are tax-exempt.
We accept wire transfer, Interac e-Transfer, and credit card payments through Stripe. Credit card payments incur a 2.9% processing surcharge.
