We are closed on Quebec statutory holidays. Emails received outside office hours get a reply the next business morning.
What happens after you write
Within one business day, someone from our team replies with a few clarifying questions. If your project looks like a good fit, we schedule a 30-minute video call to discuss scope, data, and timeline. After the call, you receive a written proposal within five business days. There is no cost for the call or the proposal.

Our location
We are based in the Old Port area of Québec City, a short walk from Gare du Palais.
Our office sits on the second floor of a converted warehouse at 699 Will Gateway, G1R 2L3 Québec, Quebec, Canada. Street parking is available, and the nearest public lot is a three-minute walk on Rue Saint-Paul.
If you are visiting from out of town, the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) is a 20-minute drive. We are happy to schedule an in-person meeting if you prefer face-to-face conversation, though most of our clients work with us entirely remotely.
